Apac Customer Services 3RD Site in Manila on Track for Jan 2007MANILA, Oct 17 Asia Pulse - US-based APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leading provider of customer care service and solutions, announced on Tuesday an update on their expansion progress in the Philippines. Currently, through two existing facilities, APAC houses more than 1,650 customer service seats in Manila. APAC's third site in Manila is scheduled to open in January 2007 and will provide customer service career opportunities for an additional workforce of 2,200 associates at their newest 2,000 seat centre in Quezon City.
Due to expanding business opportunities with multiple Fortune 500 clients, APAC has continued to increase its offshore capacity as a key element of their overall growth strategy. Once fully staffed, the third site will bring APAC's total employment I Manila to over 4,000 associates since their first site opening in April 2003.
