Vietnam & Bulgaria Boost Auditing Cooperation

HANOI, May 15 Asia Pulse - Vietnam and Bulgaria will strengthen their auditing cooperation through the exchange of information, knowledge and experience.

A memorandum of understanding to this effect was signed between General State Auditor Vuong Dinh Hue and President of the Bulgarian National Audit Office (NAO) in Hanoi on May 14.

The two sides will also continue to boost bilateral cooperation within the framework of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (Intosai) and share experiences in the field of operating audit.

Vietnam's State Audit said the Bulgarian NAO has much experience in organising international seminars on auditing methods and techniques, noting that it is now implementing three audit models including financial report auditing, obeying audit and operating audit.
