Nissan Expects to Grab 30% Share of Indonesia's Suv Market

JAKARTA, July 7 Asia Pulse - Nissan car agent Nissan Motor Indonesia said Nissan is expected to grab a 30 per cent share of the market for sport utility vehicles (SUVs) in Indonesia this year.

The launching of a new series of All New X-Trail is predicted to increase Nissan car market share, Teddy Irawan, a deputy director of PT Nissan Motor Indonesia said.

The company hopes to sell at least 150 units of the medium sized SUV cars every month, Teddy said.

All New X-Trail will meet Honda CR-V, Ford Escape and Suzuki Grand Vitara in the market, he said.
